MY school SUCKS

Well, I can see where they are paranoid in certain circumstances, but instead of banning them, they should just make a ridiculously harsh penalty for anyone that exploits its usage in the ways they deemed in that quote you have.

My school has banned any clothing that in any way depicts a band or musician. They say that type of clothing affiliates you with a certain group of people, therefore making you a gang. What a bunch of bullshit.

From what I hear, my high school has evolved quite nicely since I've last attended it 4 years ago. This is not an exageration either. They have over 100 cameras covering every angle inside the school and in the parking lots. Nothing more than the little logos over your heart that some shirts have is allowed (AKA, plain ass t-shirts). If you are absent more than 20 days, you aren't permitted to "graduate" to the next grade. I can't remember them all, and this was from what I've heard over a year ago, so I'm sure more paranoia has ensued.

BTW, the whole camera spleel is because when I went to high school we would literally have like 40 or so bomb scares a year, and after the whole Columbine incident happened my Senior Year (I believe it was then, or maybe Junior), they tightened the whole security 100 fold.

holy crap, im lucky i live in Canada eh. Nova Scotia has no problems. The High School I attend now was built like 4 years ago, a replacement of a school that was like 50 years old, still has same name. People at are school get suspended for smoking and stuff, and there is a ban on Cell phone usage, but people use them anywayz. We have like 15 cameras which were installed during construction, 6 computer labs, one has all new Dells, other five have old P2 IBMS (about 25 PC a lab), which people do stuff to sometimes, but no one really cares, something like 15 classes with 10+pc's, every teacher has a p4 dell, umm. Are school just has basic rules set by the school board, i guess i have it lucky.

I got chicks all around my school whippin out there cameras left and right how the fuck are you supposed to make memories or ya know rember highschool if you can't take a damn picture of it....O idea you should like wait till your teacher comes around flas the flash in his face kick him in the nads then dump paint on him!

Dude, your school is full of nazis, for the sake of the children i will avoid cursing but i would definately recomend the systematic elimination of your schools administration, and that rhymes so you know its right!
