Yep. Just because I know you're gonna ask "how?", here it is:

1) Player 1 enters the game and gets ready to craft.
2) His friend enters the same game and doesn't touch anything. He can't click the mouse or touch the keyboard what-so-ever (maybe you don't have to go to those measures, but I do, just in case).
3) Player 1 does his thing, craft, socket, etc. If he crafts all his rings and gets garbage, he simply clicks on his friend (which hasn't moved or done anything since he entered the game, I can not stress that enough!).
4) His friend will get the trade options, "Yes" and "Cancel" to go in a trade.
5) When he gets this option, he presses Alt + F4, causing D2 to exit totally.
6) As long as nothing was done by your friend, the whole game will cease to exist, and you will both be rolled back.
