In my humble opinion, I don't think it's such a good idea. I believe any topic worthy of the Flame Forum should have its own thread. I also believe that any starting topic in the Flame Forum should be comprised of more than one to two sentences, unless it's an exceptional case. Any one to two sentence starting topic belongs in the General Conversation section, or the Chat section. I think that this thread will simply be a mini General Conversation section, located in the Flame Forum.
Yea, but u can't flame outa the flame forum. A place to bitch about something small like if someone pisses u off today, but normally they are good to you.
