Armor: Ice Ormus (Ice Orb) or Chains of Honnor
Shield: Lidless Or 4 cold faceted monarch
Weapon: Oculus Or Death's Fathom for Ladder people Or HotO
Rings: Sojs
Belt: Arachnid Mesh
Boots: Waterwalk Or Silkweave
Gloves: Trang Gloves
Amulet: Maras

Charms: 10 Ice Charms and the rest small resis charms

I think snowclash is better for a blizzard sorc.

heaven is rite...sowclash is better for a BLIZZ SORC and why the hell an ICE BOLT ORMUS??? get a 15 cold w/ somethin like tele or energy shield cuz +skills from ITEMS DONT AD TO SYN's! and if u use ORB that will be ur main attack! also i would recommend 3 COLD FACETING a 3os HEAD HUNTERS GLORY. good defense...decent res for 2 things and its got a bunch of other stuff...i highly recommends

wait, the Ormus can have Thunderstorm right? Why not just get that? His build is max ice bolt, frozen orb, mastery, lite mastery, and thunderstorm.

If your going Sorc, you pretty much can't go duel(cold/fire, fire/light, light/cold) anymore. And he won't be able to max 5 things, with orb being at bottom of list and thunderstorms prerequisites too.
