correct sir, a final 5 has not been set. We were just speculating who had the abilty to do good character judgements. Plus the fact that admins have to get the structure setup.

I think this is sort of like the points system, maybe some way we can incorporate that. It is truly just a conjecture, hopefully if Chruser approves, we can finalize very soon and get this running good. And would the council have a seperate forum to themselves?
