Nope, still sober. I don't like sleeping during the night for some reason. Sunlight wakes me up. Since I fall asleep around 9 am most days, it's pretty damn bright outside. I don't get good sleep, or enough. This way I'll think its still night, and get the sleept hat I need.
If you're going to live in a nocturnal cycle, you must allow yourself at least some regular exposure to the sun. Completely cutting off your UV exposure like that is only begging for extreme physical and mental health problems. I say, take that crap down and learn to enjoy it when the sun comes up every morning. Completely sheltering yourself from it is just asking for trouble.
But why block it out entirely while in your room? I don't know, I just get kinda nauseus even thinking about doing that to my window. It would feel to claustrophobic for me.
