Pul and Io are both relatively low. Did you even look at some of the other words?
If you don't think that Pul and Io are low enough to be on a list of lower-end runewords from that list, then feel free to make your own.

yes i consider pul is low. I think this is what you need: Good job bob

pul is kinda low but that main list is actually in the mpq files, just never enabled and the ppl of diabloii.net were the ones to compile that list not BH

well, where i come from, shael and up are considered to be the more uncommon runes.

Ist and up are uncommon to me, just do hellforge more often.

anyone have any idea what some of these do like could you post what they do? The ones that have been tested i mean
