any real time video capture?

I have an ATI All-in-wonder graphics card that lets me plug cable and stuff like a PS2 or S-video into the back of my computer and that outputs video and auidio as well to a tv screen or your monitor or both. One of the things it comes with is a recording ability, but the card costs 200$ so its your call.
