Yeah, usually after JUST exiting a game with a character, it'll give you that. Just re-log on, and it'll be back to 10.
The other possibility is that the character was not logged in to for 79 days, and is 11 days from expiration... You should know if this was the case though, as it would've had 'Character Expiring' text for 2 months...
