Max is toast. Sub-Zero(with mask) has his sliding power as well as Ice Clone. If bullets worked, they would simply hit the Ice Clone or Sub-Zero could slide under them and towards Payne. Payne at close quarters combat would be history. SZ freezes his gun and then rips his head off.
