With all your gear on when you have cta on switch, you should have a lvl.. 9 bo is it?
Low as fuck. My v/t has a lvl 17 bo and it adds roughly 1,100 hp to him. Your probably getting a 550~ hp increase. BAD! A better cta is ALWAYS a good thing. You shouldn't even ask that question -_-.
Also, I don't know about wind druids, but i'd assume that you would have wanted to max oak sage. I've never made one for myself, so I may be wrong.
Other then that , I'm afraid I can't help >_<. I know nothing about druids.

However, i see a minor flaw in your gear your total fcr (faster cast rate) is 110% whereas the breakpoints for cast on a druid are 99% and 163%, so id say, tweak your gear to get 100% fcr and maybe use an item that adds life and + skill. Hope this helps
