This is like watching somebody spraying a retard with a firehose. He falls down, gargling screams through the water, coughing, choking. He tries to get back up and the force of the water knocks him flat again, and again and again. He's totally confused, has no idea what's going on or why he's all wet and can't stand up, so he's screaming things like "stp banning me plz!!11!", only because he has Down's syndrome it all comes out in vowels, so it sounds more like "uh hanning ee eez!!11!"
