I just cannot seem to grasp the concept of owning a great virtual gaming forum like zelaron and not being part of it while still upholding it. Is Chruser at college or something and just does not have time or has he just tired of gaming all together? I mean one could go as far as to say that this forum is a good chat forum and in some aspects like current news and the like it is, but in most cases it is a ragtag attempt at a community. I heard from one of the sup mods that the leaders do not even have meetings or discuss bettering the forum anymore. Finding this out really bugged me just in the sense of wondering, is this it?

Not bored, but busy. When you actually work at school, and don't waste all your free time on gaming, you'd be surprised how great life is and how much you can accomplish. He is at a critical age for college admissions, and high school schooling outside the U.S. isn't a joke like it is for most of our members here.

We have not held meetings lately because there is nothing to discuss. There is no dier need to keep updating and upgrading a forum that continues to grow, unless of course, suggestions and/or constructive criticism is made from the people that make a forum work and become successful. When any sort of pressing issue is at hand, much discussion, debate, and compromise is made to decide the best course of action. Those situations aren't exactly a daily occurance.

This website is really well-established, and has many great features. It's good to hear that the owner is busy with a lot of stuff and is focused on academics. The summer opens up possibilities of improvement, as well as breaks in the school-year. I think he has done quite a good job in making this site, but his activity has dropped quite a bit in the few passing months. Perhaps other members, besides the leaders, could discuss improvements and the such.

I am appreciative but I wish that there could be more involvement from the leader, even if he is a Swedman.

Never!

Edit:
Actually, not quite never, but before anything like that will happen, someone will have to devise a system of aquiring points/currency that can't be abused.

I'm still around, but as some wise person said, I'm busy with school and life in general. While I usually visit the board daily, I don't bother posting nearly as much as before.

If people abuse it, temp. ban them. You're making everything too dificult. Remember Grav's ideas? That was trashed to hell because it had to be way too damn precise. Why can't we just be lax about things? Shit, this isn't Nazism 101.

I think I've figured out a good way to implement a points system based off of activity, but I need to finish upgrading vB first. After that, I might implement uShop, but I don't see many items that would apply to Zelaron. What Grav ideas?

Apparently, something way too complicated for your feeble mind to comprehend, pinprick.

WetWired, I'm talking about Grav's Approval System or whatever it was called. Yeah, it was needed to fine-tune it a little bit, but we tuned it to hell to where nobody wanted to do it anymore. I am glad to see that we are going to be getting some type of points system in the future. Kudos to you.

Well, I think the idea behind a point system is so that certains upgrades or abilities can be "bought" with the points.
