How do you see ilvl?

Is there a certain maphack? A program? I'm trying to reroll charms and I want to try and get a high ilvl charm to reroll. Any ideas?

the lvl of the monster that dropped the item is the items ilvl, some mh's can be programmed to see ilvl though. I'm pretty sure c3po can see ilvl.
