Alienware started selling their dual Geforce 6800 PCI Express systems today. Most reviews of the dual video card setup Alienware is running boast close to double the performance of a single 6800 Ultra system. Pretty crazy price though, if your got 6 grand plus to spend on a computer you could have the fastest gaming computer in your entire state. Imagine running Doom 3 at ultra quality 1600x1200 butta smooth at a stable 70+ fps. I think that Nvidia’s SLI solution is a better idea actually bridging the 2 cards with a special riser card. The breakout box Alienware created could eventually cause driver problems. Check out the link and configure your system.
