I had a labret for a while, and I chipped the shit out of my teeth on it. It's more hassle than it's worth, DFD. And Chrome's right, it'll tear away at your gums as well. It looks cool, but it's a functional hazard.

You might want to put a ring in there instead. You won't fuck up your teeth and it would probably be a lot nicer to your gums.
