Quite a good list you guys have got. I leave Vancouver airport at 12:00pm and get into Hong Kong at 2 am my time, 7 pm their time. So i'm planning on staying awake the whole time so i can just go to sleep when i get there. I was thinking of taking a laptop with a bunch of movies on it or some games. I'm also going to try to sneak a few pictures of people that have fallen asleep on the plane for fun to document the long ride. I didn't know the DS was out yet... If its out i need to grab one and some games before sunday because thats when im leaving... I have an ipod mini so i plan to listen to a shit load of music too. Im not one to draw much, so i don't think i'll be doing much of that. However im sure there are in flight movies to watch and i can probobly make some friends on the plane... Flight is 15 hours non-stop so its gonna be awhole lot of sitting down. Maybe i'll get some of those books you guys recommended.
if your on a plane that long, they should have movies, i mean most airplanes now come with a tv on the back of the seat in front of you so you can watch a few movies and that should take up some of the time, besides that sleep and you got most of the time gone
Raziel said it was for Gameboy Advance SP. DS does not come out for another couple of weeks if I am not mistaken. You may be able to pick one up in Hong Kong though .
I wouldn't do the sleeping pills thing, if there were some sort of emergency it could be dangerous. Maybe nyquil or something(I can take a double dose of nyquil and have cool lucid dreams and wake up when needed.)
I actually need to stay awake on the plane because i need to get over my jet lagg asap. It will be 7 pm in hong kong when i get in, but it will be 2 am where i am. Soooo i'm probobly going to be getting to sleep around 4 am Pacific time... At least it will fix my sleeping time a bit.

DS comes out on November 21st in America, and sometime in December in Japan.
