Well, for starters he was a friend of a friend, and we had only met a few times. He didn't ask for the money, I just gave it to him out of good will i guess.

I had to deal with the same thing in Dallas. Anyone under the age of 17 is not allowed to be outdoors after 9pm in the entire city. Granted, the size of the population far outweighs the number of police officers that can do anything about it. However, if you're unlucky enough to get caught, it's a ticketable offense. Fucking lame.

Dear god that's a shitty curfew. Over here in Illinois i think it's something like 12 or 1. Don't really care anyway because i'm 18.
