If you don't like the community just play with a small group of friends. The game isn't really all that bad, it's all the assholes in it that's a problem.
I don't know anyone who would be willing to be playing in a small group of friends who isn't a complete nub. In PVP I either own, or i end up fighting some guy with .08 valk and this 'godly' gear and get my ass beat. It sucks.
