I know they can.. but not much more than a month...


Well it's like this..

If a house here was flooded for a couple weeks, I'd charge them to replace almost everything..

But on that scale.. I think at three weeks the structure would be 'good enough' by some standards... and I'm sure by some they would be ruined.

It really depends on the particular engineers that inspect them...

But IMPO the wood.. would hold just fine.

Reminds me of a bit Carlos Mencia did about Tornado Alley.

I would do everything I could to get out of that place and stay out. Fuck rebuilding in my opinion.

I've heard a few different sources predict that if they can get that canal patched the pumping will only take a month for lots of the area.
