im still trying but have to make it second on my list to do now cause i drank myself to the ER last night and am in major trouble. Not only with my family but with the school. So after that blows over, then ill get back to making it work

Oh shit, can't believe you went to the ER.. Who took you, and why? I'm guessing you were doing shots and whatnot, and literally took like 25 in the course of two hours or so?

great guess titus. Actuall it wasnt even that many and i wasnt that bad. I was drinking with my RA and a friend, playing halo of the system link here, when it turned to 12:30. I wanted to go to bed after taking 7 shots in an hr and kicked everyone out. I have a bunked bed here and a futon and decided to pass out on the futon. Next thing i know, this asshole RA from upstairs key's himself into my room and tells me that he called the ambulance. I tell him that im ok and just going to sleep it off, but before i can say anything, public saftey comes in and goes this kid is in bad shape. Im sitting there thinking i have been twice as bad before and slept through it. I tell them to get out cause they keyed themeslves in without my permission to enter, but the ambulance shows up and takes me out. THe whole way to the hospital im fighting them to take me back, when they stick me with some dreug that knocked me out. The next thing i know, i wake up to find that im in a hspoital bed with an IV stuck in my arm. I freaked out and got out of bad to get some answers. The doctors tell me that i wasnt in terrible shape after all and didnt need to come in. That plus the RA that kedyed himself in was an asshole. I get back to campus to find out that i know have to appear in student court, where i will be trialed. I am probably going to have to go to a conusler, take alcohol 101, do community service, and pay a large fine. THen im also getting trialied by my dorm cause its a special living house that you have to apply too. They want to kick me out of the building and that means ill be living off campus the rest of the year. And to make it even worse, the NCAA will go under investigation to find out all of this and probably will suspend me from play for the next 4 years. So today i have 1 of my five meetings and am going to try and get out of this without really damaging my reputation to bad. Talk to u all soon

Man, that sucks. I would seriously kick the shit out of the RA for calling an ambulance on you. Seriously.

My freshman year, I got caught drinking in the dorms and had to go to school trial and all that crap too. It turned out that I was forced to take some alcohol counceling classes, which is absolute shit, was placed on probation for a year, which meant that if I was caught again I would get kicked out of the dorms, and possibly the school. Basically, it was all a bunch of hoopla that is every schools policy.

If you were drinking with the RA, I wouldn't hesitate for one single second to turn him in when you go to trial, since he was the asshole that called the hospital and got you in all this shit. You simply have to explain that eve the hospital didn't think you were intoxicated enough to have alcohol poisoning and that this was all a mistake. You are a college student that happened to be drinking one night and was unfortunate enough to get caught. You are sorry, won't do it again, you were reckless and understand the potential problem that could have happened, blah blah blah. Just make it known that it wasn't serious, you are like the majority of college students, and you are sorry and learned from your mistake.
