per char lvl question

i have two bks and they each say 0.5 life per char lvl
at lvl 99 that would be 49.5
the .5 counts right?

same with ss it adds 3.75 def per lvl at lvl 99 its 371.25 def does the .25 count? or is it excluded

I don't think the .5 counts. Would it ever matter anyways?

What the hell is wron gwith you. Who cares? It's such a low diff that in my year or two of playing d2 i have never once thought of that.
