Karate Tournament

I take Okinawa Kenpo Karate Kabudo. I will be competing in Open hand Kata, weapons and Fighting. I enjoy the compitition but think I'm getting old for fighting, but I cant stop doing it cause I like it so much. It just sucks when I get injured, like when I seperated my shoulder.

I took Shaolin Kenpo for 4 years (left 1/3 of the way to my 2nd Deg Black Belt) but for some reason I lost interest. I always enjoyed the tournaments though. Good luck!

Thanks, to back you got out of it. Maybe some day you can get back into some type of martial arts.

I have been considering Krav Maga (I have some limited knowledge from the end of my previous training) and it just so happens there is a dojo around the corner from my apartment. Alas, I can't afford to pay for classes now.

Look at the picture of the guy at age 57. He was in better shape than anyone I know and I'm 19. If you slow down that's when you get old.
