Why would the terrorist groups have nukes? There's been no evidence of them having nukes yet, unless the governments have been lying to us all...again.
I doubt they'd actually use a nuke at this stage. Maybe a dirty bomb, but not the full package.
Do you need actual photographic evidence of terrorists carrying around nukes to know that they could possibly have them? A lot of Russian nuclear devices are unaccounted for. Fo realz.
