Someone pm'ed me asking me a genuine question about the forum before posting on Zelaron... its happend a few times.

I like the rule, but you have to make that apparent that 10 posts equals a pm. New members should know about that before they sign up.

Well, you have to join to PM, and if you've joined, you can talk to the staff in the "Talk to the Staff" forum.
