/double post to find out if this league is being made or I should make it.

I"m going to make a purely Zelaron league (see how many we can get) and hold the livedraft. Is there a day that works for everyone? It is probably going to be rotisserie scoring and then something like 3 at each forward position, 4 defense, 2 goalies and something like 3 benches for 12 total players. Thoughts?

I'd vote for a sunday night if possible, if not a week day night. Only other thing I'd recommend is a larger bench, but thats because I like to have extra guys.

Just do an automated draft selection. It's pretty hard coordinating these things, especially with people you don't know IRL..
