Hmmm... I guess for quickly making things which you have front and side pictures of, then it's great.

Can you model other things in it?

Wooo! I got the links working now, so you can go check out my previews of it.

It gives you a basic face outline with various points for mouth/ears/eyes/etc.
I haven't tried it yet, but you could probably get a picture of like a cat or something (front and side pictures) and make a 3d cat head. ^.^ You just have to connect the eye points with the eyes, etc. So anything that has eyes, mouth, ears, w/e you can make a 3d head of.
