Can you link me to where you got it? I might want to check it out if it's any good.

Get a website that does video hosting, and host it there.

Hmmm... just looked at the site. Looks like an interesting program.

So do you basically just take the side picture, make it the same width as the front picture, put the front one on top of the side one and extrude bits, refining here and there until it all fits and looks perfect?

It can be any front and side picture. I managed to screenshot a front and side picture of bear from .hack and put that into the program. There's a blending tool/thing to blend the side and front pictures together so you can get a back side too without needing another back picture. I keep playin around with different characters from the .hack eps i have. I have a crappy version of mimiru and tsukasa now too. The blending tool is a little screwy and wierd and doesn't work well, but it turned out great for bear.

Okay, I hosted it from photobucket. The first one is his actual voice from the jap version of the show (its in japanese) The next two are stuff I made with the microsoft voice thing.

Hmmm... I guess for quickly making things which you have front and side pictures of, then it's great.

Can you model other things in it?

Wooo! I got the links working now, so you can go check out my previews of it.

It gives you a basic face outline with various points for mouth/ears/eyes/etc.
I haven't tried it yet, but you could probably get a picture of like a cat or something (front and side pictures) and make a 3d cat head. ^.^ You just have to connect the eye points with the eyes, etc. So anything that has eyes, mouth, ears, w/e you can make a 3d head of.
