i think this might be what your looking for, its a basic image2avi converter thingy-ma-bober, you put pictures in and it turns them into an avi file, a bit like stop animation, useful for cut scenes in rpg maker

just realized you could probably do the same thing with windows movie maker O_o some um, you can pick either really lol
