Nah, Russell and Culpepper won't be splitting any snaps. It all depends on how Culpepper does. If he plays well, he'll play all year. The only way he won't get every snap is (1) he gets injured, (2) he plays like shit, or (3) at the end of the year, they are out of contention, and they want to give Russell some snaps.
