How does it make it any different from reading any other letter?

It doesn't follow the logical sentence structure and makes it feel like every word is the beginning of a sentence and gets a slight pause.

But the pause comes from punctuation, not capitalization. Are you saying that you pause before each propper noun? If I write "KingAmazon GravitonSurge Spector Jizmo Chruser VicciousMillitia PoserPunk Killah TheOne DemiNeo Optimistic HlOmegaSin Xenn Taco", will it slow you down so much that a snail passes you?
