A Majority of American Voters Accept Evolution

Delighted? Meh, I'm frightened by this:

"the continents or land masses on which we live have been moving for millions of years and will continue to move in the future (79% correctly agreed); antibiotics kill viruses as well as bacteria (43% correctly disagreed); the earliest humans lived at the same time as the dinosaurs (53% correctly disagreed)."

True, but that's a reflection on something that can be amended. What's important to gain from this is that the American's philosophy isn't as intransigent as I once thought.

That may be true, but you can also compare that with almost any nation/country in this world.

We're so bad, we're significantly below the average.

17 points below average? We have much more % of students that were more than likely being tested which would bring that statistic down, however, i'm not arguing we have an exponential amount of room to improve on.

I just want to know how they conduct those tests.
