Would this as an avatar get me banned?

It's not really breaking any rules. I'm not a mod or an admin, but I can pretty much guarantee you that it won't get you banned. Even if it was an avatar that was against the rules, worst it would get you is a warning.

I personally don't see why it shouldn't be allowed, but it's best to wait for confirmation from WW before going ahead with it.
