What super power would you have?

Superhuman reflexes, though I'd be partial to control of time and space.

Reflexes are the ability of your brain to register something not the ability to quickly dodge it. That would be speed. Hence I smashed reflexes. What good is knowing about something if you don't have the power to stop it from happening?

Knowledge can be useful yes but say you are one man and your sole exceptional ability is knowing things. What good does that do when you know the enemy is stronger, faster, and more cunning than you? You cannot beat him. Reflexes are just like that only worse. With above said ability you could plan and trap him. Reflexes you have to wait until the shit is about to hit the fan in the first place.
