Describe the game to us - for example, is the real estate in the form of bungalows, caravans, houses, flats or apartments, etc? Is there a main colour scheme you've used? A particular font? Standard art style, or something special?

Well, like modern times. So i'd say Houses (not flat roof) Apartments. All Based in florida. actually, in orlando.
color scheme: any really. even though i'd prefer white and black.
no particular font
keep it classy (think of piano :P)
