It was actually pretty awesome. I'd actually consider going even if I didn't have to. The guy "teaching" it was like 100 years old. He's an ex cop, and he's been doing the traffic school for like 20 years. He was hilarious. It was only an hour long, and all he did throughout the entire thing was tell stories about when he was a cop, and tell us where pretty much every speed trap in the city is, as well as how to avoid getting tickets.
