Correct. It was developed by Treyarch, rather than Inifinty Ward, and used the same engine as CoD4, but did it better, and got better reviews. And yes, IW are coming back for CoD6, which is supposed to be released in 2009. Other than that, we don't know anything about the game. We don't even know if it's going to be modern or more WWII.
