Ok. So all I have to do is clear a 25,000 floor dungeon with no saves or resting spots that cuts my stats in half and randomly spawns the final boss...

In which case he's either immortal, has enough HP to be as good as immortal, or he's a brave fool.

In these situations, I prefer to run to the end of each floor, fleeing as many fights as possible, and picking up what I can from treasure chests.

Mind the monster-in-a-box's, Skurai. They tend to be doozies.
