A mod breaks the rules, shit doesn't happen; Grav makes a flame toward Sovereign somewhere other than the flame forum, simply so Sovereign can read it, and his ass is gone for a month. D3V posts some personal shit about Bob, and his ass is gone. Sovereign posts some shit Penguin doesn't want, and nothing fucking happens.

Sovereign had his priviledges from the Flame Forum taken away a month or so ago. He has them back now, and I honestly don't know for how long. Grav did not have to post any such thread outside of the Flame Forum for Sov to see it, he could have simply wrote him a PM with it referenced, saying that was a thread in the FF, just as an FYI, so to say. He blatently broke the rules for no apparent reason other than to instigate a fight with Sov. And he was Banned for 2 weeks, not a month. And the Ban was lengthened because he continually made multiple accounts. Remind you of anyone? *cough* The1 *cough* Get your facts straight.

D3V was not Banned because of personal shit he posted about Bob, not initially that is. The key part you are missing is the simple fact that Bob Warned D3V not to post that crap anymore, because he found it highly inappropriate. This was all done via PM. After D3V did it again, he was Temped, for 5 days. Big fucking deal, right? Apparently not.

Instead of going about it the proper way, which Bob did above, and asking Sov not to post it anymore, Penguin simply Edited the post, and made ill threats with no backing. That is where the discrepancy came. Had he been rational in the beginning and not gone on his Editing spree, this would not have been such a problem.

Now, since then, an "Amendment" has been made to the rules that clearly specified that Staff must first contact via PM the member if they have a problem with content of someone's post. This rule is only for content, such as pics being posted or private life issues under discussion. The rest of rules are the same as before.

BTW both of those two guys were nominated in an un-offical poll several times to take the spot of Ex-Mana, A sup-mod that recently retired from his position. You should learn who the respected members are before you go flameing. GS (GravitonSurge) Was one of the more respected members and even tho many people didn't like him he still was a good member. I assumed that much. I don't even know which threads Grav was banned for, because I didn't get a chance to read them. Regardless of what Grav posted, I know from personal experience that PM's to staff usually doesn't get anything accomplished.

And, Sovereign posted that picture of Penguin multiple times. I don't care how Penguin handled it, the point still should have gotten across that Penguin didn't want Sovereign to post that picture, yet Sovereign continued to do it. From your explanation, I don't see how that is too different from what D3V did, except the fact that D3V was banned.

Now, personal attacks on people have never been against the rules of Zelaron. I wouldn't even consider some of the stuff he said as an "attack." More like a sarcastic comment. Well, be it as it may that Bob didn't like it posted there, that is his perogative. I agree, this is not a problem except for the fact that after Bob PMed him and asked him not to bring it up anymore, D3V did anyway multiple times just to "be a rebel" and see if he could get away with it.

There are a lot of things that aren't against the rules, but when someone asks you, politely, in private, to not post on a certain topic that is sensitive to them, I would certainly hope everyone would at least have the common courtesy to do so.

On the topic of Grav. It is unanimous that what he posted was worthy of at least a few day Temp Ban, but it wasn't until he made multiple accounts and continued posting, which everyone knows is highly against the rules, did he get the 2 weeker. That was my only point.

You seem to be extremely misinformed. I warned him months ago at least on 3 different occasions not to do that. And you say there is no rule against it? If there is no rule against something like that then why was d3v's ban appropriate for posting personal stuff between bob?

Bob warned d3v. I warned sov in the past on so many occasions, yet in your post you make it seem like i did something wrong when In actual fact I was the one doing everything right (This has nothing to do with the editing of your post titus). I talked to chruser and he basically agreed with me anyway, I could have easily temp banned sov but it was then a personal descion. Would temp banning sov for posting my picture help zelaron? Seeing as sov is a highly active mod i figured it would do more bad then good and I would rather put zelaron in front of my ego or anger for sov.

Actually. No matter what Bob may tell you. His 'warning' telling me to quit posting shit about him (which wasn't against the rules anyways) was after He had edited my post for the 3rd time. After that he PMed me in a threatening manner.

In a PM where he told me to 'Go suck a Donkey Dick' thats very very unprofessional. He tried to Argue that Raziel doesn't get in trouble because he advertises his selling of CDs and said my Sig was an advertisement. Proven wrong. And none of this would have ever happened if he hadn't edited/deleted my posts.

As I've stated many times already in many threads, Bob made the mistake of Editing your post, but he still told you, via PM, not to write on that topic anymore, and you still persisted to do so. If you had such a problem with him Editing the posts, you should have talked to a Senior Staff member about it.
