Photomanip is using photoshop to alter or edit something. This is an example of it, another example is when people take alot of art or references, and make something artistic out of it - that's also a photomanip.

Well this was kind of waht i was hoping people would do to the pic i posted. That picture was on another forum and they were doin some crazy shit to it. I was hoping it would have the same effect on Zelaron but i guess you are all lazy and uncreative.
