Hi, my parents have been getting emails back from an "undeliverable message bot", but the thing is they didn't email it. And after than another one of those bots said they found viruses in that message, but we didn't send it. Any advice, besides updating and running VirusScan? I use Macafee, by the way, but i don't speak it .
