How do you get richer? or where do you mf?

How do you get started.. or how do you get rich on d2? where do you mf? and i'm sick of rushing people for forge and then they either take the rune or leave the game when we get to act 4.. just a waste of my time.. and botting doesn't seem to work anymore.. but i never really got much good out of that anyway.. sept the natures peace rings on ladder.. then when they came to nl i traded them for 1 rune each.. so.. where do you guys mf.. and with how much mf.. or.. ionno what i'm saying..
