doom question

doom has a lvl 12 frozen aura
say i have plus 6 to all skill ani,bk s , ect

will that bring up frozen aura to lvl 18,and does the two (plus skills) from doom aplie to it too?

+skills only applies to skills you actually put points into. (Right? Someone confirm.)

It gives a lvl 12 holy freeze aura. It does NOT give +12 to holy freeze. If it gave +12 to holy freeze it woul work.

In this case it does not.

Also, even if it DID work, you know the cold slow % diff between lvl 12 and 20 is 4%.....
