Need Someone Exeptionally Good With Programing/Graphix

I Was Looking For someone who could help me make a guitar for The Sims 1. The Guitar i am looking for to be made is an ibanez iceman ic500.Of Course If I could do it myself i would, but i cant, also, Ive looked everywhere on the internet, but the closest i came was the project x-ray, which doesnt have that guitar, or any of the guitars for Download.also it would be good if someone could tell me a website where i could find one Thanks To Anyone who helps.
