During the Sony E3 Conference on Tuesday, it was confirmed, rather early on, that a redesign is in the works, and is due to be released in America in October.

The new PSP has the same size screen, but is 19% slimmer and 33% lighter. The battery life is much longer and more efficient, and games will load quicker. There is also the ability to output high quality video to Televisions.

So far, two colours have been announced - Piano Black and Ice Silver. There is also a special edition White PSP with a picture of Darth Vadar on the back.

I don't know about the PSP on it's bill, but the PSP Entertainment Pack:

IGN said:
A PSP Entertainment Pack will include the Ice Silver version, Daxter, the UMD Family Guy collection, a 1GB memory stick, and will put gamers back $199.

Yep. You can do that. But you need warez to make it work.

Nope. I can't link to them or tell you how to do it for two reasons:

1. Against the rules.
2. I haven't the foggiest how to do it.
