Yeah, I've felt gunshot wounds, hand sliced off, etc.
It's pretty strange when you wake up and check to see if you're bleeding.
I usually don't have nightmares, I think the last one was years ago.
Nightmares are always scarier to the person that experienced them... and very difficult to explain. Even if you can remember the dream exactly, it's tough to communicate that.
