I do every other day, i used to go everyday with no results but i went to golds gym and asked around and they said you have to rest the muscles for like 24-48 hours sot hey grow.
A good way to make your muscles harder is to drink 2-3 liters of water a day........the more u drink the more toxic you pee out, the tighter the skin/muscles get. Becareful, if you drin way too much your liver will saturate and then you'll get bubbly instead of tight
