The irony of it all is that alot of the stuff they want removed can easily be attained elsewhere. By removing your site all they have done is bashed one of a hundred perpetrators. In a way HM you have played into their hands by showing that blizzard interviened because now you have alerted the d2 community in general that Blizzard is not all talk, atleast not anymore.

That doesn't exactly show they are all talk though... I still think its a bluff by it was my host that was paranoid and cancel'ed my account .

very much so cuz every other site ive been to happens to have just about the same files and i dont see the hosts tearing them down

ALthough the files can be attained elswhere making blizzard's action's useless, the hellmonkey's site was a good safe place to get files. and although it was ultimatley useless it's a start for blizzard. They are caught in a bad position and continue to try an enforce fairplay.

Dude they're just making up bullshit, they're saying that the programs that were on your site had titles, computer code, objects, characters, character names,
stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, artwork, animations, sounds,
musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, any related documentation, and "applets" that were copyrighted by blizz.

You should just make a readme in all the dloads and put "Alltitles, computer code, objects, characters, character names,
stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, artwork, animations, sounds,
musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, any
related documentation, and "applets" are copyright Blizzard entertainment

Those assholes are looking for anything that could shut down a Blizz hacking site.

You could have just said in all your readme's "not to be used on battle.net" and that would have fixed everything.
