Why was he banned?

From what I've gathered, being a smartass.

He found out that its ok if you are 'flamed' with just random names, as long as it isn't thought out; etc etc. He spams a thread for Sov calling him all kinds of racist and just vulgar things, and got what he deserved, a ban.

I certainly hope there was a lot more involved in a perma-ban than just being a smart ass.

Since when is plotting something concrete? I've been plotting to fly to Sweden and assassinate Chruser for 193 days now. I don't see me getting banned, or even questioned by authorities though.

I always looked at using the "multiple accounts" reason to just get someone banned for a longer time because I didn't like him/her. It's damn cheesey, and fucking Sovereign has one, as well as WW, although WW's is legit and is purely for testing purposes.

Me get real? Plotting is 100,000,000% legal. If you actually start getting supplies, as in guns, explosives, etc. to start acting out those plots, then it becomes intent. Plotting is nothing but a slap on the wrist. The only possible exception to this would be if you were caught with detailed information on how to execute this on someone like the President, for example.

D3V clearly told someone his plan on AIM, which as much as everyone hates him, he isn't an idiot that wouldn't think it wouldn't somehow get back to these forums.

I think D3V should not be perma-banned, because there have been a shit load of members that made accounts while banned. Grav, Mantra, !K_A!, and kaos stick out, only because they did it at least 5 times each (That whole shit with "NotGrav", "ThisIsn'tMantra", "DefinitelyNot!K_A!", "kaoswho" bullshit that fills up like 50 spots in the permanently banned archives, or at least once did when I had permissions to see it). Yet they are all still around. Coincidence? Not a shot, people are just holding a grudge against a decent member that they never gave a real chance.

He was perma-banned for multiple accounts after being temp banned for who-knows-what. Fact is that he's had multiple active accounts since March, but this did not become evident untill after the temp-ban.

I can't believe he would want to come back so badly to a place where he constantly gets owned.
