for some reason only on this particular chipset, every event, including the hero, is partly transparent on it's lower half. i can't figure out why. every other map i have works fine, just not this one for some reason. i included a screenshot of it featuring a pile of bones and the hero to demonstrate the problem. does anyone know why it is doing that?

Check the terrain tab in the database, you probably have it set to do that. (Check the terrain numbered 0001, if you imported a custom tileset then by default they're all tiles are set to terrain 1).

Edit: That tab is useful for forests and stuff, and for making damaging terrain. It also determines the default background during any battles that occur on that particular tile.

Wow!!

You're like a mini-BlueCube! Hehehehe... you probably replied with the same thing by accident, and my word, it's almost identical!

And your picture is like a little boy version of Blue's.

I take my hat off to you good sir.

Yeah, btw about my profile picture, it's a modified version of the one Blue Cube uses made to look like me (I wish my scanner was working so I could show just how much it looks like me).
